E3 Certified – Foundations · Core certification
Understanding Injury Prevention
The second core course in the E3Sports Foundations. It builds the risk awareness, conservative decision-making and referral confidence every responsible practitioner needs — with a practical focus on designing activity that reduces injury risk.
Confident, conservative, safety-first practice.
Understanding Injury Prevention is one of the two Foundations core courses, alongside Basic Exercise Science. It equips practitioners to recognise and reduce injury risk, make conservative and responsible decisions, and refer on with confidence when something falls outside their scope. The emphasis throughout is on practical, real-world judgement — not clinical treatment.
