Methodology: Digital reach value uses Singapore market CPM benchmarks. Client acquisition value applies a conservative 10% conversion rate against Singapore fitness studio CAC of $80–150 (industry benchmarks). These are conservative estimates — actual value varies by studio. The $100 cash payment is fixed and unconditional per confirmed session.

Frequently asked questions

How is the $100 session payment processed?

E3Sports pays monthly by bank transfer based on confirmed sessions delivered in the preceding month. You'll receive a monthly statement showing sessions and total payment due.

Does my instructor need special certification?

Your instructor must hold a valid fitness instructor certification recognised in Singapore (e.g. EREPS, ACE, NASM or equivalent). E3Sports provides a full SITC format briefing and PASG compliance guidance before your first session.

Can I choose which days and times sessions run?

Yes — we work entirely around your existing timetable. SITC sessions are scheduled in your quieter windows in agreement with you, and will never conflict with your paid classes.

Can my studio promote its own offerings to SITC participants?

Yes, and we actively encourage it. You have direct, unrestricted access to participants before, during, and after every session. The conversion opportunity is entirely yours.

How many sessions per week can my studio host?

Studios in the current network range from 1 to 14 sessions per week. We'll propose a schedule based on your available slots and grow volume as demand increases.

I have multiple locations — can each one participate?

Yes. Each location is treated as a separate venue with its own schedule, Healthy365 listing, and instructor. We coordinate each site independently with a dedicated contact per venue.
