At E3Sports, we believe that strong communities are built on well-trained, ethical, and competent wellness professionals.
Our training programmes are designed to do more than teach techniques. They build foundational knowledge, sound judgement, and professional responsibility, ensuring that those trained by E3Sports can work safely, confidently, and within clear boundaries.
This page explains how E3Sports training is structured and what it means to be trained or certified by us.
An E3 Certified Practitioner is someone who has:
A solid foundation in exercise science and human movement
A clear understanding of injury prevention and safe practice
The ability to work responsibly with specific populations (where certified)
The professional judgement to recognise limits and refer when needed
A commitment to ethical, evidence-informed practice
E3 certification recognises competence within wellness and fitness scopes. It does not replace medical or allied health qualifications.
To avoid confusion, E3Sports clearly separates education talks from professional training courses.
Typically 60–90 minutes
Designed for education, awareness, and behaviour change
Suitable for workplaces, schools, and community groups
Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance
Wellness talks are not qualifications and do not confer professional competency.
Multi-hour or multi-day programmes
Designed for those seeking professional knowledge or upskilling
Structured, assessed, and governed by clear standards
Participants may earn E3Sports certification, depending on the course
E3Sports training follows a clear and progressive pathway, from foundational learning to applied practice.
All professional training begins with strong foundations.
Foundation courses focus on:
Exercise science basics
Safe movement principles
Injury prevention and risk awareness
These courses establish a shared standard for everyone trained by E3Sports.
2. Applied Practice (Population-Specific)
After completing the foundations, participants may progress to courses focused on specific populations, such as:
Active ageing and seniors fitness
Children and youth movement development
General wellness and lifestyle support
These certifications recognise the ability to work safely and appropriately with defined groups, within wellness scopes.
3. Professional Development & Enrichment
We also offer professional development courses that:
Expand knowledge and skills
Support continued learning
Do not extend professional scope or authority
These courses complement, rather than replace, foundational training.
All E3Sports certified professionals are expected to:
Prioritise participant safety and wellbeing
Work within the scope of their training
Avoid exaggerated or misleading claims
Refer participants to qualified professionals when appropriate
Represent E3Sports with professionalism and integrity
This commitment helps protect participants, partners, and the wider community.
E3Sports recognises that some participants may already hold relevant qualifications or professional experience.
Where appropriate, we may recognise prior learning through a formal exemption process, while still maintaining consistent safety and quality standards for all certified practitioners.
By maintaining clear pathways, defined scopes, and strong professional standards, E3Sports aims to:
Build trust with schools, agencies, and community partners
Support the development of competent wellness professionals
Contribute positively to Singapore’s health and active ageing ecosystem
Our goal is simple: to raise standards, not just deliver courses.
