About the course

Supporting healthy, independent ageing.

This course equips practitioners with the knowledge, judgement and practical competence to support older adults through exercise — with greater attention to safety, functional movement, confidence-building and independence. It focuses on exercise-based support for healthy ageing within non-clinical scopes; it does not prepare participants for clinical rehabilitation or medical intervention.

  • Prerequisite: Completed Basic Exercise Science
  • Prerequisite: Completed Understanding Injury Prevention

Exemptions may be considered only through formal review, in line with E3Sports’ exemption policy.
