About the course

Getting the foundations right.

Basic Exercise Science is not about shortcuts — it’s about building a genuine, shared professional baseline. It is not designed to create specialists or clinicians. Instead it ensures every E3Sports-certified practitioner shares the same foundation of knowledge, safe practice and professional judgement upon which all further certifications are built.

By the end, participants share a common understanding of how the body moves and adapts, a clear grasp of foundational exercise principles, and a healthy awareness of professional boundaries.

  • A common understanding of how the body moves and adapts to exercise
  • A clear grasp of foundational exercise principles
  • The ability to apply exercise concepts safely in real-world settings
  • A clear awareness of professional boundaries and limitations
