Community Fitness

Helping individuals navigate health and wellness

We believe in preventive instead of curative healthcare and helping individuals navigate health and wellness is an essential step in driving this vision.

At E3Sports, our aim is to empower individuals to take care of their own health and embrace a holistic approach towards well-being through health, contentment, purpose, and connection. We do this through collaborating with community partners, orgnisations and social service agencies to deliver fitness programmes, sporting talks, wellness workshops, sports development clinics and more for the community.

Rolling Good Times

Falls are common cases of injuries among older adults in Singapore, and the incidence of falls increases with age.

Rolling Good Times is an Active Aging group exercise class for the elderly to help them age successfully and live confident, independent lives. In this programme, participants will build muscle strength, improve balance and flexibility, as well as learn basic rolling techniques to minimise the risk of injuries in case of a fall.

This programme is suitable for those who are 50 years and above and

  • Have not been admitted to hospital due to a fall in the past 6 months;
  • Have never been diagnosed with osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones);
  • Do not have a heart condition or experience chest pains, and
  • Pass a suitability assessment in the first session.

Read more about this programme in The Straits Times.

To join this programme, scroll down to “Programme schedule”. Under the first column “Status”, look for upcoming classes and join us for Registration Day to attend the suitability assessment.

This is a 6-week programme comprising of 12 sessions. Sessions will be conducted twice a week, and each session is 1.5 hours.

How do I sign up for this programme?

If you are interested in this programme, please sign up for Registration Day via Healthy 365 app or click here to register your interest. There are usually three slots for Registration Day suitability assessment. You can sign up for either one of the three time slots that best fits your schedule. After you pass the suitability assessment, you will be onboarded as a participant and can start classes.

I missed the suitability assessment on registration date, can I walk-in and join the first class?

Please email us at info@E3Sports.asia.

Can I join a class that has already started?

As this is a structured programme, you are required to attend a suitability assessment before the start of the programme to determine your eligibility. Therefore, if the programme has already started, you would have missed the suitability assessment and we will not be able to onboard you as a participant.

Why is this programme not suitable for everyone?

This programme has some physical activities which will be performed on a mat and we will be teaching “rolling techniques” which makes it unsuitable for some individuals.

Healthy You & Me is a community fitness programme designed to help increase the fitness levels of Singaporeans through a multi-component approach:

1) Identifying barriers and reframing negative misconceptions about exercise through custom content;

2) Integrating physical fitness into daily life routines where people live, work and play;

4) Incorporating both in-person and virtual social support groups that create a sense of camaraderie and help participants stay on track.

We are looking for community partners and corporate sponsors for this programme. If you are a brand looking to be associated with a community programme that aims to help Singaporeans live healthier lives, we would love to connect with you.
