Community Fitness

Helping individuals navigate health and wellness

We believe in preventive instead of curative healthcare and helping individuals navigate health and wellness is an essential step in driving this vision.

At E3Sports, our aim is to empower individuals to take care of their own health and embrace a holistic approach towards well-being through health, contentment, purpose, and connection. We do this through collaborating with community partners, orgnisations and social service agencies to deliver fitness programmes, sporting talks, wellness workshops, sports development clinics and more for the community.

Can I join a class that has already started?

As this is a structured programme, you are required to attend a suitability assessment before the start of the programme to determine your eligibility. Hence, if the programme has already started, you would have missed the suitability assessment and we will not be able to onboard you as a participant.

How do I qualify for this programme?

You will need to pass a suitability assessment on registration day which takes place before the programme starts.

How do I sign up for this programme?

If you are interested in this programme, please email us at info@E3sports.asia to sign-up for a suitability test on registration date. Alternatively, if the session you are interested in is conducted at a Community Centre or Club (CC), you can sign up with the CC staff.

Why is this programme not suitable for everyone?

This programme has some physical activities which will be performed on a mat and we will be teaching “rolling techniques” which makes it unsuitable for some individuals.
