Make a Difference in Your Community — Become an E3Sports Facilitator
E3Sports Pte Ltd is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as freelance Programme Facilitators, supporting the delivery of Health Promotion Board (HPB) physical activity programmes across Singapore. No formal fitness qualifications required — just a positive attitude and a genuine interest in community health.
As a Programme Facilitator with E3Sports, you are the backbone of every session. While our lead trainers focus on exercise instruction, you ensure that everything around them runs smoothly — from welcoming participants at the door to making sure the venue is set up and packed down correctly.
This is a hands-on, people-facing role that puts you at the heart of Singapore’s national physical activity movement. Every session you facilitate contributes directly to the health and wellbeing of real people in your community.
This role is open to anyone with a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to contribute to community health. You do not need to be a fitness professional or hold any formal exercise qualifications to apply.
Choose the days and time slots that work for you. Facilitator deployments are scheduled in advance, giving you the flexibility to plan around your other commitments.
Every session you facilitate directly supports the health and activity levels of Singaporeans — from seniors in community centres to families in public parks to employees at their workplaces.
Unlike our trainer roles, the facilitator position does not require NREP membership or a fitness certification. We will provide the programme knowledge and operational guidance you need before your first deployment.
Gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of nationally funded programmes including senior fitness, community exercise, corporate wellness, inclusive fitness for persons with disabilities, and more.
You will work alongside E3Sports’ lead trainers and programme managers, backed by over 16 years of experience in Singapore’s government wellness and sports sector.
For those interested in pursuing a career in fitness or community health, the facilitator role provides valuable ground-level experience and professional exposure that complements formal qualifications.
We welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds. The following are the minimum requirements for the facilitator role:
Tell us about yourself, your availability, and your prior experience. Takes approximately 5 minutes.
If you hold a First Aid or CPR-AED certificate, upload a photo of the front page for our records during registration. No certifications? No documents required.
Our team will review your submission and reach out within 3 working days to confirm your registration and discuss next steps.
Before your first session, you will receive a programme briefing covering your responsibilities, the session format, safety procedures, and what to expect on the ground.
Complete the short registration form below and we will be in touch.
