Facilitator Recruitment

Make a Difference in Your Community — Become an E3Sports Facilitator

E3Sports Pte Ltd is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as freelance Programme Facilitators, supporting the delivery of Health Promotion Board (HPB) physical activity programmes across Singapore. No formal fitness qualifications required — just a positive attitude and a genuine interest in community health.

What Does a Programme Facilitator Do?

As a Programme Facilitator with E3Sports, you are the backbone of every session. While our lead trainers focus on exercise instruction, you ensure that everything around them runs smoothly — from welcoming participants at the door to making sure the venue is set up and packed down correctly.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role that puts you at the heart of Singapore’s national physical activity movement. Every session you facilitate contributes directly to the health and wellbeing of real people in your community.

Before Each Session

  • Set up the venue — equipment, signage, and registration stations
  • Register participants and take attendance
  • Liaise with venue coordinators or community partners on logistical matters
  • Brief participants on session flow, safety rules, and housekeeping

During Each Session

  • Support the lead trainer in monitoring participant safety and wellbeing
  • Assist with group flow and direct participants between activity stations
  • Provide modifications guidance for participants with limited mobility or special needs
  • Observe and escalate any health or safety concerns to the lead trainer immediately

After Each Session

  • Assist with equipment pack-down and venue restoration
  • Collect and collate attendance records and participant feedback forms
  • Submit session reports and documentation to the E3Sports team within the required timeframe
  • Support follow-up communications with participants where required

Is This Role Right for You?

This role is open to anyone with a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to contribute to community health. You do not need to be a fitness professional or hold any formal exercise qualifications to apply.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Are:

  • A fresh graduate or career changer looking to gain experience in the health, sports, or social services sectors
  • A retiree or semi-retired individual who wants to stay active and contribute meaningfully to the community
  • A current or former volunteer in community, eldercare, or grassroots settings
  • A fitness enthusiast who enjoys being around people and wants to support programme delivery
  • Someone with experience in events, coordination, or administration who wants a more active, community-facing role
  • A part-time worker or homemaker looking for flexible, meaningful freelance engagements

You Will Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Are reliable, punctual, and take ownership of your responsibilities
  • Communicate well with people of all ages, particularly seniors
  • Are physically able to assist with light equipment setup and on-ground activity support
  • Can commit to a reasonable number of sessions per month consistently
  • Approach your work with warmth, professionalism, and a community-first mindset
