Sports Teams (MIKE)

E3Sports recognises that sport is run mainly by volunteers and that busy professionals may not have the time to attend to all sports programme and competition administrative needs. E3sports provides sports organisations and corporate teams with MIKE, a dedicated Management, Instruction, Knowledge and Enterprise solution to meet their sports programme and team needs.

MIKE provides athlete and team performance management support services and ensure that all training and development needs are met. Services extends to sports programme administration and monitoring. MIKE also provides sports specific instruction such as coaching, nutrition and injury management. MIKE covers and extensive range of sports programmes and services will provide teams with sports specific training and competition organisation and information.

We provide:

Athlete and team performance management services

Support individual or team level performance management and monitoring
Provide sports specific training and competition management instruction and support

Sport programme and sports teams management services

Support sports programme administration and monitoring such as programme registration, attendence and training needs; Support National Youth and Senior team management and communications such as coordination of information dissemination and collection.

Secretariat services for overseas competitions and major games participation

Support general team administration and preparation such as travel, accommodation and attire; Coordination with host country or event organisers; and pre-departure and return preparations

Extensive Sports Medicine and Sports Science services through partners and E3Sports professionals and ensure that athletes have personalise support and the most current training and recovery methodologies.

Our services are provided to all Athletes and Team be it elite, developmental or recreational individuals.
